This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the termination of dispatch services and any related refund considerations for Divine Swift LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) and its clients (“Client,” “Carrier”).

Divine Swift LLC provides ongoing dispatch and administrative services. Because services are performed in real time, fees are generally non-refundable once work has been completed for a billing period.

Clients may cancel dispatch services by providing written notice via email or text message to the Company.

· Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· All outstanding fees for completed services remain due upon cancellation.

· No refunds will be issued for loads already booked, negotiated, or completed prior to cancellation.

Divine Swift LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if a Client: - Fails to pay invoices - Provides inaccurate or fraudulent documentation - Engages in double brokering - Operates without valid authority or insurance - Violates broker or shipper requirements

In such cases, all earned fees remain payable.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be considered in limited circumstances, such as: - Billing errors - Duplicate charges - Fees collected for services not rendered

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Clients agree to contact Divine Swift LLC first regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and referral to collections where permitted by law.

Failure to utilize dispatch services during an active billing period does not entitle the Client to a refund unless otherwise stated in writing.

Divine Swift LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
