Divine Swift LLC provides truck dispatching and logistics coordination services only. We are not a freight broker or motor carrier and do not transport freight.

Services may include: - Load searching and negotiation - Appointment scheduling - Dispatch coordination - Paperwork assistance - Factoring support - Lane planning and reporting

3. Eligibility

Clients must be legally authorized to operate as motor carriers and maintain valid DOT/MC authority, insurance, and regulatory compliance at all times.

4. Fees & Billing

· Fees are charged as agreed in a written service agreement.

· Fees are typically based on a percentage of gross load revenue.

· Invoices are due weekly unless otherwise stated.

· Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. No Guarantees

Divine Swift LLC does not guarantee: - Load volume - Revenue levels - Rates - Broker payment - Market conditions

All freight decisions remain the responsibility of the Carrier.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: - Provide accurate and current information - Maintain proper authority and insurance - Communicate availability - Perform services professionally - Submit POD/BOL promptly - Follow broker and shipper requirements

7. Prohibited Conduct

Clients may not: - Engage in illegal activity - Participate in double brokering - Provide false documentation - Violate broker or shipper rules - Misrepresent Divine Swift LLC

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of Divine Swift LLC and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Divine Swift LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the applicable billing period.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divine Swift LLC from claims, damages, fines, or losses arising from carrier operations, regulatory violations, or freight handling.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

12. Website Use

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
