Clients remain fully responsible for operating authority, equipment, drivers, cargo, and regulatory compliance.

We require that all carriers we work with maintain: - Active USDOT and MC authority (when applicable) - Appropriate cargo and liability insurance - Compliance with FMCSA regulations - Driver qualification files and hours-of-service adherence - Drug & alcohol testing programs where required - State and local operating permits

Divine Swift LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for: - Double brokering - Fraudulent documentation - Misrepresentation of carrier status - Illegal freight movement - Bribery or unethical inducements

We safeguard client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Access to sensitive data is limited to authorized personnel only.

Divine Swift LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any client found to be in violation of applicable regulations, broker requirements, or this compliance statement.
