Divine Swift LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) provides professional truck dispatching and logistics support services to independent motor carriers and small fleets (“Client,” “Carrier”). We are not a freight broker or motor carrier and do not take possession of freight.

Divine Swift LLC may provide the following services: - Load searching and lane planning - Rate negotiation with brokers/shippers - Dispatch coordination - Appointment scheduling - Paperwork support (rate confirmations, POD/BOL submission) - Factoring support - Weekly planning and reporting

Services are limited to administrative and coordination functions only.

Clients remain fully responsible for: - Operating authority (DOT/MC) - Insurance coverage - Equipment and maintenance - Drivers and payroll - Compliance with FMCSA, state, and federal regulations

Divine Swift LLC does not control Carrier operations and does not assume liability for freight, accidents, cargo claims, citations, or regulatory violations.

· Dispatch fees are charged as a percentage of gross load revenue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Fees are due weekly based on completed loads.

· Late payments may result in suspension of services.

· No refunds are issued for completed dispatch services.

Clients agree to: - Provide accurate carrier and insurance information - Maintain active operating authority - Communicate availability honestly - Notify Divine Swift LLC of service failures, delays, or claims - Provide POD/BOL documentation promptly

Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination.

Divine Swift LLC operates ethically and will not: - Misrepresent carrier information - Accept illegal or fraudulent freight - Participate in double brokering - Violate broker or shipper requirements

All client data, rate information, and business records are treated as confidential and will not be shared without written consent unless required by law.

Divine Swift LLC is not liable for: - Freight loss or damage - Detention disputes - Broker nonpayment - Mechanical failures - Regulatory penalties

Liability is limited strictly to the amount of fees paid to Divine Swift LLC during the billing period in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain due upon termination.
